Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.Please choose carefully before completing your order.
Exchanges
If your hat arrives and you would like to exchange it for another style, you may request an exchange within seven days of receiving it.The item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition.Return postage is at the buyer’s cost.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within three days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.We will replace the item or offer a refund where a replacement is not available.Faulty items must be returned before a replacement is issued.
Incorrect Address
